ChaTony

The winery "ChaToni" is located on an area of 1062 square meters and has a capacity to process 500 tons of grapes. It is equipped with the most modern high-tech facilities from foreign and Bulgarian companies, including a membrane press for pomace, stainless steel fermenters, maturation tanks, and a special room where the best wines age in oak barrels. The bottling line is automated and has a capacity of 1500 bottles per hour. The winery has its own laboratory where wine analyses are carried out to monitor their quality.
