Wine is a delicate matter, contemplated and analyzed by fine and sensitive souls. Our stag gentleman is the embodiment of this statement – radiating class and sophistication, yet he is "horns first." Such is the character of the blend we created in Bessa Valley. To its finesse and nobility, we added a pinch of character and persistence, expressed through an unusually high percentage of Petit Verdot in the wine. The gentleman's antlers symbolize the relentless passage of time, reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously. A wine with long aging potential in the bottle.
