Lilyache

Lilyache Winery is a small boutique winery located in an old stone building in the village of the same name, near the natural rock phenomenon God’s Bridge. The winery’s team is dedicated to reviving the once widespread Cinsault grape variety, from which they produce exceptionally elegant rosé wines. The winery prioritizes the production of white and rosé wines with a strongly expressed varietal character. Each year, they also vinify small quantities of red wines, primarily based on Cinsault, along with the well-known Merlot and Syrah varieties.
